Responsibilities Ensure data integrity and accuracy in accounting by validating critical transactions
Coordinate monthly closing and validate reports in Hyperion
Prepare and manage statutory financial reports, VAT returns and tax audits
Review account reconciliations and ensure internal controls
Maintain SOX and FCPA compliance, manage audits
Coordinate annual inventory count
Serve as a point of contact for accounting and tax queries
Qualifications Master/Bachelor degree in Business or Accounting
5-10 years of experience as chief accountant in general accounting
Knowledge of US GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley, and Austrian accounting principles and tax laws
Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office; Hyperion beneficial
Fluent in English and German
Beneficial: International tax and transfer pricing experience, controlling and project accounting in automation experience
