Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to lead and coordinate a portfolio of integration and migration projects, including ERP implementation, following recent acquisitions. This is a broad, senior-level role that requires strong program management skills, experience with complex IT transformations, and the ability to drive execution across multiple workstreams. You will play a key role in optimizing the IT landscape, improving execution capability, and ensuring seamless technology integration across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage end-to-end IT integration and migration programs, including ERP implementation, across multiple business units and sites.
* Oversee the consolidation and rationalization of application portfolios, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, senior stakeholders, and external partners to deliver projects on time and within budget.
* Develop and execute detailed program plans, manage risks, and ensure effective change management throughout the project lifecycle.
* Drive process harmonization, system standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Ensure clear communication and reporting to all stakeholders, including executive leadership.
* Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence within project teams.
Requirements
* Proven experience (7+ years) as an IT Program Manager, ideally in regulated, asset-heavy, or infrastructure-intensive industries (healthcare, utilities, public sector, etc.).
* Demonstrated track record in leading large-scale IT integrations, migrations, and ERP implementations.
* Strong background in application portfolio management and IT rationalization.
* Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
* Fluent in German; English proficiency is a plus.
* Willingness to spend time on site in Vienna as required.
