Senior Consultant Test Management
Join to apply for the SENIOR CONSULTANT TEST MANAGEMENT role at QESTIT Group. As a Senior Consultant Test Management, you will be responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring test processes, ensuring software quality and liaising with various stakeholders to achieve optimal test results. You take on a central role in complex projects, identify risks in the testing process at an early stage and proactively develop suitable solutions.
We have 18 offices across 6 countries and over 800 employees. Responsibilities
* Manage the preparation, planning and monitoring of tests in relevant project phases with various stakeholders.
* Manage bug fixes and test releases and set up reports on test progress.
* Create and implement training courses for test management tools and processes.
* Define an overarching test strategy and create technical test cases.
* Actively develop lasting customer relationships.
* Serve as a mentor figure for other colleagues.
Qualifications
* At least 5 years of experience in software testing.
* In-depth knowledge of testing processes and methods and user knowledge in software development and project management (fundamental test process, error management, Scrum).
* High level of customer and service orientation, strong communication skills, team player.
* Business fluent German (C1) and ISTQB certification.
