Responsibilities
Share tunnel-specific know-how to ensure safe and efficient system use worldwide
Build and maintain deep expertise in tunnel formwork systems
Identify market trends and support product improvements and innovation
Act as interface between Strategy & Innovation and Engineering
Support regional teams in system selection and technical design
Provide input for project acquisition (concepts, layouts, evaluations)
Gather customer feedback and support continuous product optimization
Deliver trainings and foster global knowledge transfer
Document best practices and lessons learned from projects
Education & Experience
Education in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (HTL, FH, University)
For the Senior role: minimum 3-5 years of experience in tunnel formwork, underground construction, or related steel/formwork systems.
Technical Skills
Experience with 3D CAD tools (Revit, AutoCAD, Inventor, etc.) is a strong advantage.
Solid understanding of tunnel construction methods, site processes, and formwork applications.
Soft Skills & Working Style
Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Structured, proactive way of working and the ability to perform effectively in an international technical environment.
A salary in line with the market is offered for this position, which is based on the specific qualification and adequate professional experience.
The minimum annual gross salary for this position is EUR 48,918.98 according to the collective agreement (woodworking industry) on full-time basis 38.5 hours/week.
