Customer and contract management
Handling press inquiries and hosting journalists
Consulting and supporting all departments in the implementation of communication tasks
AI know-how (automation, data analysis, content creation, etc.)
In Your Luggage, You Bring
Education in marketing, public relations, or tourism management
2–3 years of professional experience, ideally in the hospitality industry
Sales skills and an understanding of revenue management
Leadership skills
Strong digital skills across various platforms
AI competencies
A professional appearance, strong interpersonal skills, and excellent communication abilities
Organizational talent and an independent working style
Perfect German and good English skills
