* Education in marketing, public relations, or tourism management
* 2–3 years of professional experience, ideally in the hospitality industry
* Sales skills and an understanding of revenue management
* Leadership skills
* Strong digital skills across various platforms
* AI competencies
* A professional appearance, strong interpersonal skills, and excellent communication abilities
* Organizational talent and an independent working style
* Perfect German and good English skills

Your travel budget amounts to a net monthly salary of €2,230, with willingness to overpay depending on experience and qualifications.
