Requirements
Welcoming our (numerous regular) guests
Check-In / Check-Out including cashiering and settlement processes
Comprehensive guest care in the area of Guest Relations / recommendations in the region / ticket sales
Coordination of guest requests within the property
Reception administrative tasks including inventories
Reservation processes & bookings
Training according to the guidelines of the Austrian apprenticeship training
Qualifications
Warmth & joy in delighting our young and adult guests
Basic computer skills
Team spirit
Positive demeanor & good manners Sense of responsibility
Effective communication in German & English; additional languages are advantageous
