Requirements
* Welcoming our (numerous regular) guests
* Check-In / Check-Out including cashiering and settlement processes
* Comprehensive guest care in the area of Guest Relations / recommendations in the region / ticket sales
* Coordination of guest requests within the property
* Reception administrative tasks including inventories
* Reservation processes & bookings
* Training according to the guidelines of the Austrian apprenticeship training
Qualifications
* Warmth & joy in delighting our young and adult guests
* Basic computer skills
* Team spirit
* Positive demeanor & good manners Sense of responsibility
* Effective communication in German & English; additional languages are advantageous
