Your Tasks
Are you passionate about product marketing and highly motivated to learn and grow within our NIVEA Marketing function? At Beiersdorf, we believe you can make a difference In this position, you will be exposed to the full spectrum of brand management in the most dynamic environment within the FMCG sector
* Support the preparation of analyses and presentations by using MS Excel, Power Point, B.one & SAP (PLM & SRM)
* Take care of organizational tasks, such as preparing meetings & events, updating various databases, communication/logistics to/from Eastern Europe countries, etc.
* Provide daily organizational support for a diverse Marketing team (7 (J)Brand Managers, 3 Group Brand Managers, 1 Marketing Manager and Marketing Director)
* Collaborate closely and regularly with external agencies and internal functions
* Coordinate product samples within the Eastern Europe region and EUNA
* Support the team with artwork creation process and article configurations in SAP (in absence of Artwork coordinator)
Your Profile
* Completed University studies in Marketing or Economics/business development
* Open, flexible and stress resistant personality that takes on responsibility and has a passion for success & challenges
* Ambitious, curious and engaged to independently lead defined tasks/projects
* Team Player with strong communication, analytical and organizational skills - clear communicator working comfortably across teams and agencies
* Naturally structured and accurate while performing tasks and steering projects
* Reliable, precise, strong in prioritization and able to keep multiple workstreams in order
* High affinity to cosmetics and fast-moving consumer goods industry
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint (Canva is an advantage)
* Excellent English and German skills - knowledge of any Eastern European language is of advantage
