To strengthen our motivated Sales Support Team at our headquarters in Vienna, we are looking for a passionate Tender Coordinator (m/f/d).
Your Role
* You are organizing tender documents independently
* You are facilitating clear and consistent communication and coordinating effectively with internal stakeholders
* You are analyzing cost calculations and handling customer price bid files with accuracy
* You are following up on tender feedback to support continuous improvement
* You are reporting key metrics and maintaining accurate records throughout the process
Your Profile
* You already gained at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the packaging industry
* You collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and work independently with a strong sense of ownership
* You have a sharp analytical mindset and confidently handle large data sets with precision and attention to detail
* You are proficient in MS Excel (including Macros, PivotTables, etc.) and Power BI, using these tools to turn data into insights
* You communicate fluently in written and spoken English and German (C1+), additional languages are an advantage
