Job Description
* Supporting the Vice-Rector in strategic processes and operational tasks
* Active participation in university strategy and management processes and the preparation of strategy documents (development plan, performance agreement, target agreements)
* Development of concepts for strategic projects and preparation of documents for internal decision-making
* Collaboration in interdepartmental projects/working groups and external university networks
* Independent processing of agendas of the Vice-Rectorate for Research in cooperation with stakeholders inside and outside the university
* Coordination of funding programmes of the Vice-Rectorate for Research, particularly in the area of equipment infrastructure
* Budget planning and administration of the Vice-Rectorate for Research, office organisation
Your profile
* Completed diploma or master's degree or equivalent qualification
* Very good knowledge of the university landscape and university structures
* Experience in research administration and project management desirable
* High level of written and spoken communication skills (German and English)
* Very good computer skills (MS Office)
* Networked and analytical thinking as well as strong organisational skills
* Initiative, independence and assertiveness
* Conflict resolution skills, teamwork and moderation skills
* High resilience as well as flexibility in terms of content and time
