Your Tasks
Lead the hotel’s Accounting/Finance Department
Report directly to the General Manager
Present budgets to the property owner and corporate headquarters
Prepare reports, statistics, and financial analyses
Oversee monthly and annual financial closing
Coordinate the budgeting and forecasting process
Supervise accounts payable and receivable
Review and approve invoices
Keep risks in focus; prepare risk reports and conduct related reporting
Work closely with the Financial Shared Services Center
Skillfully lead and motivate your team
Your Profile
You speak excellent German and have very good English skills, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus
You have experience as a Director of Finance in the international luxury hospitality sector
You are a strong leader who inspires, motivates, and drives change
You serve as a mentor and role model for all team members
You bring a hands-on mentality, a confident presence, and the ability to energize those around you
You have a high degree of business acumen, strategic planning skills, and the energy to improve profitability
You are a team player with a high level of adaptability and flexibility
