Blum manufactures hinges, lift systems, and pocket systems for furniture, delivered to over 120 markets. About 350 IT professionals manage our modern IT environment. Our IT-Inhouse Consultants focus on detailed technical topics and translate them into innovative IT solutions.
Responsibilities
1. Handle interdisciplinary topics within the IT environment of product innovation and manufacturing process development, such as prototype construction or trial runs.
2. Design processes and applications in technology, product, packaging, tooling, and equipment development for the coming years.
3. Collaborate closely with internal specialists and external partners from conception through analysis and development to go-live.
4. Mainly work with Teamcenter, connected authoring systems like SolidWorks, and SAP.
5. Work independently, enjoy variety, and collaborate with colleagues to implement solutions.
Qualifications
* Bring knowledge and several years of experience in Teamcenter and virtual product development.
* Possess a relevant educational background (e.g., business informatics or mechanical engineering).
* Excellent communication skills in German and English.
* Responsible for solution implementation and operational security in collaboration with development teams and user support.
