Your responsibilitiesDevelop and implement a global experiential marketing strategy aligned with PALFINGER’s brand positioning and business goals, ensuring consistency across all markets and integrating relevant trends in experience marketingCreate and execute impactful brand experiences such as international events, roadshows, interactive product showcases, and hybrid or virtual formats that emotionally connect audiences with the brandCollaborate closely with global and regional marketing teams and manage external partners and agencies to ensure seamless execution and high creative standards across all initiativesDrive innovation by piloting new technologies and formats, fostering a culture of experimentation, and continuously evaluating the quality and effectiveness of experiential activitiesManage the experiential marketing budget, define relevant KPIs, and track performance to ensure strategic impact and measurable results across brand and business objectivesYour QualificationsUniversity degree in marketing, communications, event management, or a related fieldSeveral years of experience in experiential marketing, brand experience, or live communication, ideally in an international context, with a strong track record in leading global projects, cross-functional teams and managing stakeholdersDeep expertise in event and marketing management, including digital and hybrid formats, immersive technologies (e.g. AR/VR), and KPI-based performance analysisCreative mindset with strong communication and influencing skills, a structured and results-driven approach, and high intercultural competenceFluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
