What you’ll be doing

Learn and create best practices for handling various HR-related topics. Support people, assist the HR-team and manage multiple responsibilities. In this multifaceted role, you’ll mainly:

* HR Operations & Administration; Payroll & Reports, Compensation & Benefits
* Process time recording requests; enter employee data into HR systems and maintain them on an ongoing basis
* Handle various recurring employee life-cycle requests (e.g. master data changes)
* Generate a variety of reports that support preparatory payroll accounting and related processes
* Keep track of deadlines and ensure that they are met; contribute to documentation
* Administrate benefits and commissions (e.g. meal vouchers, life event gifts)
* Recruiting – Employer Branding – On-boarding
* Support the Senior Recruiter with daily tasks (application management, CV checks, interview scheduling, job postings, etc.). After training, handle parts of the recruiting process and serve as deputy
* Assist with organizing employer branding events, manage handouts and goodies, support job fairs
* Coordinate onboarding measures for new joiners in Austria and ensure it stays a unique program
* People Development, Performance, Engagement, Project Support
* Coordinate internal training and organize internal events (e.g. Birthday Lunch, Hiking Day)
* Participate in HR initiatives for process optimization and digitization, including AI usage
* Assist in managing performance reviews, goal setting and contribute to HR projects


What you bring to the role

* Completed commercial education (HAK, HLW) and a strong interest in working with different HR topics
* 0.5-5 years of experience (Office Management or similar) from professional, student, or internships; experience with HR, social media, IT collective agreement and labor law are advantages
* Affinity for numbers, analytical thinking, proficiency in MS Excel and good command of MS tools. Familiarity with HR tools (SAP, Bamboo, HireHive) and/or a completed WIFI HR Assistant course are nice to haves
* Know how to work with AI – including prompt design, selecting and using AI tools
* Organizational talent with ability to structure and prioritize tasks; resilient and reliable
* Proactive, conscientious, self-reliant and able to collaborate in an organized manner
* Flexible and quick to adapt/learn new things; solution-oriented
* Open, inspiring team player with good listening and communication skills in English (German is a plus)
* Enjoy interacting with internal customers and providing friendly support
* Valid work and residence permit for Austria and willingness to travel occasionally for events
