Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities of the Regional Sales Manager Balkans:
1. Promote and market MSI's products and services within the assigned territory.
2. Conduct sales calls, schedule “local” promotional work and regularly with discipline, track sales activities with all partners, end-users and where applicable, distributors.
3. Manage opportunities using Salesforce.com, MSI's chosen lead and project tracking software database.
4. Support MSI's sales activities in the assigned territory by creating, nurturing, and responding to sales opportunities for the respective MSI products and services.
5. Support the Regional Sales Director in establishing quarterly and annual sales objectives for the assigned territory.
6. Provide information to prospective customers such as our pricing, terms of sales, and delivery methods.
7. Provide basic technical guidance and product training to partners and end-users to help them understand how to use ourproducts.
8. Assist with the supervision of installations at end-user sites, especially for key accounts, to ensure proper commissioning of the system and satisfaction of customer expectations and requirements.
9. Attend trade shows and other marketing events.
10. Participate in the development of training materials for our products.
11. Provide feedback about partner and end-user requirements to MSI's other departments to help develop product improvements and new product releases.
12. Maintain working knowledge of competitive offerings and compile data on competitive products and pricing and report it back to MSI's head office.
Basic Requirements
Key qualifications and skills of the Regional Sales Manager:
13. Language skills: fluent in the local language, fluent in English
14. 5-10 years+ of experience in the Industry
15. Effective and proven negotiation skills
16. Ability to develop and maintain relationships with C-Level executives
17. Strong relationship management skills
18. Strong organizational and analytical skills
19. Highly effective communication skills (oral, written & presentation)
20. Thorough understanding of security sales cycles
21. Understanding of Commercial accounts, competitive landscape and customer procurement processes
22. Full and valid Driving license
23. Travel Requirements: over 50%
