Life as a Senior Concept Creative
At LOOP, we create ideas that are social-first, strategically sharp, and built to earn attention over time. We’re looking for a concept-driven creative with a strong editorial imagination and a refined sense of storytelling.
Someone who can translate complexity into clear narrative formats and build worlds audiences want to return to. In this role, you’ll develop social-first concepts with a YouTube-aware spine and an editorial POV, shaping how an iconic brand shows up through series, drops, and rewatchable stories. Working closely with strategists, designers, and the production team, you’ll turn cultural and product insight into confident concepts.
Requirements and Responsibilities
* Develop Social-First Concepts: Create platform-native ideas built for feeds, communities, and repeat viewing.
* Think Editorially: Build format-led concepts, narrative arcs, and “series logic” rooted in taste and clarity.
* Translate Insight into Angles: Turn cultural and audience signals into strong story angles people actually care about.
* Craft Clear Creative Narratives: Package ideas into tight decks: hooks, structure, tone, references, and rollout rhythm.
* Collaborate Across Disciplines: Work hand-in-hand with strategy, design, and production to bring concepts to life end-to-end.
* Build a Publishing Point of View: Ensure every idea has a perspective — purposeful, consistent, and globally scalable.
* Refine Through Performance: Use platform behavior and creative feedback to iterate formats and elevate storytelling quality.
At LOOP, we believe great work deserves fair pay — and that transparency builds trust. For this role, the gross annual starting salary (full-time, based in Austria) is EUR 55,000. That’s our baseline for candidates who meet the key requirements. If you bring more to the table — deeper experience, sharper skills — we’re ready to reflect that in your offer. Our internal compensation framework is designed to keep things fair, structured, and clear.
