Your responsibilities Create, own and refine the strategy of our emerging Digital Identity portfolio (CIAM, SSI, eIDAS, Authentication) including full P&L accountability for the portfolio’s business success Define and drive the comprehensive portfolio strategy with input from management and stakeholders, including portfolio roadmap, innovation impulses, investment decisions and strategic partnerships Responsible for prioritization and portfolio governance: Where do we invest time, resources, and budget? Which products drive growth and customer value? Develop and own the positioning of the portfolio, ensuring it is clearly communicated and well represented to partners, customers, and other stakeholders Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional initiatives, such as strategic product development or technical consolidation projects Lead and develop the team, fostering an open and collaborative culture, where knowledge is shared, successes are celebrated together, and challenges are solved collectively Requirements Your profile At least 10 years of experience in portfolio management in the fields of Digital Identity, Cybersecurity, or Enterprise Software (proven expertise in Digital Identity required) Demonstrated success in scaling a business into multiple segments and/or geographies with experience in managing P&L Strong strategic thinking combined with a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach Proven ability to lead and work in cross-functional teams and align different stakeholders from development teams to executive leadership Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a collaborative mindset A good understanding of technical concepts and regulations in digital identity (e.g. SSO, FIDO2, OAuth, eIDAS), banking and payments is a plus Experience with M&A activities (evaluating acquisition opportunities, integrating new offerings) is considered an advantage Fluent in English (German is a plus but not mandatory)
