YOUR FUTURE TASKS
* Take ownership of handling complaints – from initial receipt to successful resolution
* Act as the main point of contact for our customers and provide technical advice
* Perform initial analyses of errors and issues in HV systems
* Collaborate closely with internal departments to resolve complex software problems
* Create, maintain, and continuously improve reports, protocols, and documentation
* Support your technical colleagues with organizational tasks
WHAT MAKES YOU STAND OUT
* A completed technical education (apprenticeship, technical school, or HTL) in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or a similar field
* First work experience? Great – but not a must
* Confident use of MS Office and willingness for occasional travel
* Excellent German and English skills
* You enjoy interacting with customers and have strong organizational skills
* A true team player with great communication skills, a hands‑on mentality, and a confident presence
