JOB PURPOSE
To be the "ambassador" who conveys the Brand’s philosophy and values. Responsible for maximizing sales performance by fostering relationships with customers, developing their brand loyalty, providing a unique in-store experience, and guiding clients into our world.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Welcome and serve customers, providing an excellent in-store experience at all times.
* Maintain and develop client relationships through personalized approaches, leveraging CRM and digital tools.
* Engage proactively in cross-selling across all departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
* Stay updated on fashion trends and competitors.
* Demonstrate strong brand and product knowledge.
* Handle customer complaints effectively, liaising with the line manager when necessary.
* Maintain high standards of shop floor presentation and visual displays, complying with company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
* Contribute to high security standards and be attentive to preventing product thefts.

* Passion for human relations and sales.
* Problem-solving skills, curiosity, and interest in luxury/fashion, art, and design.
* Experience in building long-lasting client relationships.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Passion for and knowledge of the product category.
* Fluent spoken German and English.
