Lecturer | Professorship – Innovation and Entrepreneurial Leadership — Department Business & Management

Within the expansion of our operations, we currently have the following vacancy.
* Teaching, research, supervision and examination activities in German and English in the areas of entrepreneurship, innovation, business development, business models and company formation – ideally with an international perspective
* Involvement in research, publication and examination activities on the subject areas listed above
* Active contribution to the ongoing development and expansion of our academic portfolio in both German and English
* Supervision of academic papers, theses and student projects
* Research and publication activities
* Participation in quality assurance and university processes
* Involvement in internationalization activities and networking with industry practice
Your profile
* Doctoral degree (PhD) or equivalent academic qualification
* Subject-related teaching, research and professional experience
* Strong affinity for digital and AI-based business models
* International orientation with excellent didactic and communication skills
* Strong interest in new media and the development of innovative learning methods
* Excellent German and English language skills
* Passion for engaging with students and enthusiasm for teaching

* Depending on qualifications and experience, we offer a total annual gross salary for the position of a lecturer of at least € 58,800, for the position of a senior lecturer at least € 70,000.
* The awarding of a professorship is independent of the conclusion of a contract of employment and is subject to an expert procedure. Corresponding evidence in the fields of teaching, research and practice is also required.
