As a Consultant Test Manager, you will be primarily responsible for the preparation, planning and coordination of tests. You will also support the definition of the test strategy and the further expansion of customer relationships.

The minimum gross monthly salary for this role under the IT collective agreement is € 3,175. Your actual compensation will be defined jointly, depending on your qualifications and experience.
These tasks await you with us:
* You are responsible for the preparation, planning and coordination of tests in relevant project phases with various stakeholders.
* Furthermore, you will also be responsible for coordinating bug fixes and test releases.
* Reporting on test progress falls within your area of responsibility.
* You will be responsible for conducting training courses for test management tools and processes.
* Support during the definition of an overarching test strategy as well as the identification and preparation of test data in various test systems.
* In addition, you also support your team members in the development of technical test cases.
* You also focus on expanding your customer relationships.
HOW YOU CAN CONTRIBUTE YOUR STRENGTHS WITH US:
* You have 2 years of experience in software testing, as well as initial experience as a test coordinator.
* You have a high level of customer and service orientation, strong communication skills and you are a team player.
* You have acquired basic knowledge of processes, methods and software development (fundamental test process, error management, Scrum).
* Initial experience with relevant test tools such as XRay, HP ALM, Solution Manager or similar tools are part of your toolbox.
* Your trolley is always ready to roll, and you are happy to use it regularly for business trips.
* With business fluent German language skills (C1) and ISTQB certification, you fulfil two key requirements for a successful start with us.
