We are currently partnering with an innovative organization to find an AI-First Office & Event Manager.

The Role
You will be joining our partner's team directly.
In this role, you will ensure the operational backbone of the company is frictionless. We are looking for an organizer who leverages digital assistants and automation to handle the logistics that usually bog down this role. You aren't just "ordering supplies"; you are setting up the smart systems that keep the office running autonomously.
You anticipate needs and solve them with scalable processes, using modern tools to eliminate the administrative "drag" for the rest of the team.
You will collaborate closely with Leadership and all employees to ensure strategic alignment and delivery of high-quality results.
What You'll Do
* Automated Logistics: Set up smart inventory systems and automated vendor workflows so that supplies and services are replenished without manual intervention.
* Smart Scheduling: Use AI scheduling assistants to manage complex leadership calendars and coordinate team events without endless email back-and-forth.
* Knowledge Management: Maintain the company's internal "brain" (Notion/Wiki), using AI to organize documentation and answer employee FAQs automatically.
* Onboarding Excellence: Orchestrate a seamless onboarding experience where digital tools handle the paperwork, allowing you to focus on the human welcome.
What You Bring
* Experience: 2+ years of experience in Office Management, Team Assistance, or People Operations.
* AI-First Mindset: You hate repetitive admin. If a task needs to be done three times, you find a tool or an automation to handle it the fourth time.
* Adaptability: You are comfortable with ambiguity and can navigate the shifting priorities of a growing company.
* Skills: Master of organization and coordination tools (Notion, Slack, G-Suite, HRIS).
* Communication: Clear, professional communication skills with the ability to work effectively.
