Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement group-wide fleet sales strategies
Oversee all aspects of fleet operations — from lead generation through to delivery and aftersales service
Build and manage long-term relationships with corporate clients, leasing companies, brokers, and government bodies
Identify new growth opportunities across diverse sectors and market segments
Liaise with OEM partners (Renault & GWM) to maximize fleet programs and incentives
Monitor KPIs, sales pipeline, reporting, and financial performance
Mentor and lead any supporting fleet staff as the department expands
About You
Have 5+ years’ experience in fleet management or senior B2B automotive sales
Are a confident leader and strategic thinker with strong business acumen
Understand fleet procurement, novated leasing, and funding models
Possess outstanding relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills
Are highly organized, commercially minded, and results-driven
Hold a current Australian driver’s license (manual preferred)
