 
        
        We have an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker and driver to join our dynamic team as a Manager Marketing and Engagement. This is a Senior Leadership role collaborating closely with the relevant members of the Senior Leadership Team, serving as a consultant for related strategic development of the College.
The role will oversee all marketing, public relations, events, enrolments, communication strategy and associated processes. You are responsible for setting and achieving specific objectives toward developing an overall marketing strategy. A data-informed and responsive strategy that drives enrolment demand, brand reputation and consistency and market awareness.
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity working from your base of operations at our Rothwell Campus whilst travelling between our Rothwell and Caboolture campuses throughout the week, as necessary, while maintaining operational efficiencies and team cohesiveness.
About the Role
The suitable candidate will have tertiary qualifications and/or experience relevant to key responsibilities, demonstrated capacity for self-management, collaborative decision-making, being a member of a close-knit team, and the ability to accept, promote and manage change.
Proven ability to work unsupervised, meet deadlines, set priorities, be well-organized and able to work under pressure. Demonstrated good level of communication and interpersonal skills when relating to staff, students and the wider College Community. Working with Children accreditation (Blue Card) or ability to obtain this accreditation.
