Credit Trading is a highly successful international team of experienced traders, focused on market making and proprietary trading in corporate, financial, covered, and retail bonds - in both hard currency and local CEE markets. We provide liquidity and pricing in a wide range of credit products and support the Group’s strategic goals by fostering capital market development and deepening investor relationships across the region.
Your Tasks
10. Market making and active risk management in corporate, financial, covered, and retail bonds
11. Pricing and trading of credit products across various currencies and maturities
12. Managing credit exposure using hedging strategies, including CDS and interest rate derivatives
13. Collaborating with origination, sales and research teams to deliver tailored credit solutions to clients
14. Monitoring markets, generating trade ideas, and contributing to market commentary
15. Enhancing trading infrastructure, pricing models, and algorithmic tools for credit products
Your Background
16. Strong analytical and quantitative skills – ideally with a degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field
17. Passionate about capital markets in general and a solid understanding of credit instruments and market dynamics
18. You have traded or at least simulated trading on your own account and understand the basics of technical analysis
19. Communicate fluently in English; fluency in German and/or in CEE languages is a plus

24. The minimum wage for this full-time position in accordance with the collective agreement with complete fulfillment of the functional profile is EUR 44.860,-- gross per year. But this is just a formality - we would be happy to talk about your actual salary in person!
