We’re looking for a Finance Manager to own our day‑to‑day financial operations — from payment flows and invoicing to reporting and compliance. You’ll bring structure and real‑time visibility to our finances, work as the interface to our external accountant, and support us as we scale across revenue streams, entities, and geographies. This is a hands‑on role at the core of how nyra health operates and grows.

What you’ll shape
* Payment & invoicing operations: Own and manage the full cycle of accounts payable (via Spendesk) and accounts receivable (via Stripe) across multiple revenue streams — ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and clean documentation.
* Financial reporting & visibility: Build and maintain our reporting setup — from monthly revenue‑stream‑level breakdowns to cashflow overviews — so founders have real‑time visibility without manual effort.
* Investor reporting support: Collaborate with the Chief of Staff to prepare monthly investor updates with accurate, up‑to‑date financial data.
* Accountant interface & compliance: Act as the primary point of contact for our external accountant and tax advisor. Ensure that bookkeeping, tax filings, and financial documentation are accurate and on time.
* Grant accounting: Own the financial side of public grants and funding programs (e.g. FFG, AWS) — from tracking spend to preparing compliant reports for submission.
* Multi‑entity & international finance: Support the financial setup of our German entity and contribute to the finance aspects of our US expansion as they evolve.
* Budgeting & planning: Support the annual budget process and contribute to headcount planning from the cost side, working closely with the founders.
What sets you up for success
* Operational finance experience: You’ve owned accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and payment flows in a fast‑moving environment — ideally in a startup or scale‑up.
* Reporting & process builder: You can set up and maintain clean financial reporting from scratch, not just maintain someone else’s spreadsheet.
* Tool‑savvy: You’re comfortable working with tools like Spendesk, Stripe, and Excel — and you’re excited about using AI tools (e.g. Claude Extension for Excel) to improve your workflows.
* Structured communicator: You can work directly with founders, translate financial data into clear updates, and coordinate with external partners like accountants.
* German fluency: Written and spoken German is required — our core operations, tax, and compliance context is in Austria and Germany.
