What to expect:
We are looking for a Supply Chain/Logistics Intern for a period of 4–6 months. Revo Foods is growing quickly, continuously entering new markets, and expanding its product portfolio.
As an intern, you will become an integral part of our logistics team in production and help us organize, manage, and further develop our logistics processes – especially in an environment where sustainability, innovation, and efficiency go hand in hand.
Your responsibilities will include:
Order preparation & shipping support: Assist with processing customer orders – from preparing shipments (packaging, printing delivery notes) to coordinating with shipping providers like the postal service or UPS.
Warehouse & inventory management: Support inventory monitoring and help ensure timely reordering of packaging materials or products.
Large customer logistics: Learn how to organize pallet shipments for supermarkets and assist with coordinating external logistics partners (including refrigerated transport requirements).
Administrative logistics tasks: Create delivery notes, assist with sending invoices, and ensure all documents are accurate and complete.
International shipments & special orders: Help plan special shipping solutions, e.g., for orders outside the EU or custom product assortments.
Close collaboration with production: Support the production manager with special logistics cases, such as coordinating mixed pallets or special packaging requirements.
Preparing packaging materials: Assist our team with order management and packing deliveries.
What you bring:
Currently enrolled in a degree program in business administration, supply chain management, or a similar field
Very good English skills
German skills are an advantage
Proactive, independent, and structured work style
Enthusiasm for alternative (vegan) foods
