What to expect:
Develop and implement a unified pricing framework and governance model across all markets, business lines, and customer segments
Provide pricing expertise and support to key cross-country strategic initiatives
Drive the scaling, harmonization, and continuous development of pricing capabilities across Customer Markets International (CMI)
Introduce advanced analytics, including predictive modeling, segmentation techniques, and scenario based pricing simulations
Utilize pricing software for predictive modelling, tariff development, profit testing, and portfolio monitoring
Design and enhance pricing models supporting both current and future rating tools
Leverage historical performance data, market indicators, and customer insights to optimize pricing accuracy and profitability
Conduct ongoing portfolio assessments, including claims trend monitoring, to continuously improve corporate tariffs
Implement proactive tariff adjustments based on evolving market conditions, portfolio results, and competitive dynamics
What we expect:
University degree in a scientific discipline (e.g., mathematics, physics, IT, statistics); a specialization in Insurance Mathematics is an advantage
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Corporate insurance pricing or actuarial work
Proficiency in programming languages and analytical tools such as Databricks, SQL, R, Python
Familiarity with dedicated pricing applications (e.g., Emblem, Radar, Earnix, or similar solutions)
Initial experience with Azure Databricks or comparable cloud-based analytical platforms
Experience in Pricing Modelling (e.g., GLM or similar methodologies)
Strong team orientation and commitment to continuous learning and development
Experience working in cross-country and cross-functional environments
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong stakeholder management capabilities
Excellent command of the English language
