Your Key Contributions
* Establish a tender plan, maintain overviews, and align participation with key account sales, and Product Development Road
* Oversee tender platforms, update company profiles, and liaise with platform providers
* Perform pre-tender information reviews, commercial and legal checks, and complete required RFI documentation
* Analyze tender materials to define RFQ focus of involved countries, and conduct kick-off meetings and roll out of the RFQ process
* Gather base rates from countries, validate against market and historical data: break down the base FTL rates and calculate the respective quotation template increments (LDMs, Kg breaks etc.)
* Define margins, validate rates with stakeholders, and submit RFQ responses with tailored solution proposals
What will make you successful
* Sound knowledge of the tender management process, preferably for ROAD FTL, LTL and Groupage
* Very good commercial understanding
* Logical and analytical skills: professional level in usage of MS Excel
* Proficiency in English
* Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage cross-functional collaboration, and oversee project timelines effectively
The minimum monthly salary starts from 3.500 € gross/month. The final compensation may go above, depending on your professional qualifications and experience and it will be discussed in the interviews.
