Driving international recruiting activities, including active sourcing and candidate engagement
Continuously optimizing recruiting strategies, sourcing channels, and candidate approaches
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and direct search to hiring and initiating the onboarding
Ensuring a professional, timely, and transparent candidate experience, including rejection management
Collaborating closely with hiring managers as a sparring partner on recruiting needs, profiles, and market insights
Contributing to key People & Culture topics such as operational initiatives, company culture, and employer branding
Completed education in Human Resources or a related field
At least 5 years of professional recruiting experience, ideally within the life science industry
Strong passion for identifying talent and guiding candidates through the recruitment journey
Proactive, structured, and quality-driven working style with high resilience
Confident handling of digital tools; experience with HR and recruiting systems is an advantage
Professional fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
Team-oriented mindset, high level of commitment, and strong willingness to continuously learn
