Business Development LeadAs a Business Development Lead, you will be responsible for driving growth and expansion within the organization.Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve volume placement and price achievement with a balanced customer portfolio.Identify and capitalize on short-, mid-, and long-term growth opportunities across customers, products, use segments, regions, and applications.Design and deliver go-to-market strategies for new products within product- and application development projects.Maintain up-to-date planning and actual customer data in the CRM system.Requirements:Possess a degree in Textile or Business Management.Hold at least 10 years of total commercial experience.A minimum of 5 years in sales within the textile industry (ideally in cellulosic filament yarn).Demonstrate good technical knowledge of downstream processes on yarn treatments and fabric production.
