Tasks
* Independent support of an assigned customer portfolio via phone (MS Teams) and email
* Handling customer inquiries through a system‑supported ticketing system with AI assistance
* End‑to‑end order processing – from order entry to on‑time delivery
* Preparation of quotations and price calculations using digital tools
* Entry and maintenance of customer projects, e.g. for new product introductions
* Creation and maintenance of master data (customer and product data)
* Preparation, implementation, and follow‑up of customer agreements, including complaint management
* Organization and coordination of sales support activities
* Internal point of contact for the field sales team and central interface between internal departments
* Participation in cross‑functional projects
Skills
* Completed commercial training and initial professional experience
* Excellent German skills and good command of English, both written and spoken
* Strong customer orientation and a proactive, independent working style
* Proficient in MS Office; experience with SAP is an advantage
* Confident and friendly demeanor, as well as strong team spirit

The minimum gross salary for this position according to the collective agreement is €2,603.59. A significant overpayment based on your qualifications and experience is a matter of course for us.
