How You'll Make Your Mark
You provide practical and solution-oriented advice on complex tax matters in day-to-day operations, bringing a deep understanding of process workflows and system logics
You prepare well-founded tax opinions that are convincing both strategically and operationally
You drive the development and standardisation of tax-relevant processes within the ERP system and actively contribute to the implementation of automated control mechanisms
You take primary responsibility for the preparation and automation of VAT returns and summary reports, ensuring efficient and error-free processes
You design and deliver internal training sessions and develop tax guidelines for international application to systematically embed knowledge within the team
You support tax audits and appeals by providing targeted, system-supported data, comprehensive mass data analyses, and thorough process documentation
You work closely and collaboratively with internal departments such as Finance, Accounting, IT, Legal and Supply Chain, actively contributing your expertise to international projects aimed at harmonising and digitising the tax function
Your Profile
You have completed a degree in Law or Economics, ideally with a focus on Taxation or Digitalisation, or you possess a qualification as a Certified Accounting Technician (Bilanzbuchhalter/in) with additional credentials in the tax field
You bring several years of professional experience, preferably at the interface of ERP systems or in supporting IT and digitalisation projects
You have solid knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, particularly in areas such as tax determination, tax codes, and posting logic, as well as initial practical experience with tools like Alteryx, Power BI, or e-reporting platforms
You are passionate about digitalisation, automation, and process optimisation within the tax environment – for you, “Tax Technology” is not just a buzzword but a genuine motivation
Your working style is analytical, structured, and process-oriented, and you think in a solution-focused and holistic manner
You work independently and responsibly and are accustomed to driving projects forward on your own initiative
You communicate confidently in German and English and can contribute effectively in international project teams and technical workshops
You enjoy shaping the future of the tax function, with a clear focus on efficiency, data quality, and the use of modern technologies

Gross annual salary starting from € 60.900* (willingness to overpay with appropriate qualifications)
