Responsibilities
As a key player in our Product Lifecycle Management transformation program, you’ll manage impactful projects and enhancements that align with strategic business objectives, streamline processes, and empower cross‑functional collaboration.
Project Management
Lead the delivery of projects and enhancements within the Product Lifecycle Management transformation IT program, managing the entire project lifecycle from planning, requirements engineering, discovery, and delivery. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business and program goals.
Process Management
Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to clarify requirements, design integrated solutions, and manage the end‑to‑end technical implementation of Product Lifecycle Management systems and enhancements. Provide ongoing technical support (3rd level) within the established support structure for relevant applications.
Application Management
Oversee the implementation and optimization of the Product Lifecycle Management solution, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical requirements. Support ongoing development and system improvements.
Stakeholder & Partner Management
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure effective collaboration, resource utilization, and adherence to program and project goals. Act as the main point of contact for communication between all involved parties.
Qualifications
Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:
* Master of Science in Engineering, Information Technology or Business Administration or a similar relevant field
* At least 5 years of experience in international consulting firms with exposure to global projects and cross‑functional teams
* Fluent English skills, German is a plus
* Proven experience leading international project teams, managing diverse stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery in a global environment
* Industry expertise in food and beverage, consumer goods, or related industries, with exposure to end‑to‑end supply chain know‑how (operations, R&D, supply chain, quality, and packaging development processes within the F&B/CPG sector)
* Familiarity with project management tools (Workfront, Confluence, Jira) to coordinate cross‑functional projects
* Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive data‑informed decisions
* Proven problem‑solving skills paired with the ability to work independently and autonomously, while fostering collaboration within a team‑oriented structure
Salary
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,471 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market‑oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
