Job Description
* Culinary leadership and operational responsibility for international catering assignments
* On-site role at Formula 1 Grand Prix weekends in the Paddock Club™
* Ensuring our quality and service standards
* Leadership and coordination of international kitchen teams
* Collaboration with operations and service teams
* Contributing to the development of menus and food concepts
Off-season / race break
* Working in one of our DO & CO fine dining restaurants in Vienna
Qualifications
* Completed culinary training and several years of experience as a Sous Chef or Head Chef
* Experience in fine dining, upscale catering, or event gastronomy
* Valid work permit for Austria
* Structured working style and strong leadership skills
* Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally
* Excellent English skills; additional languages are an advantage
* Team-oriented mindset and ability to work independently
Additional Information
* We offer a gross monthly salary of €5,500, plus additional compensation for Formula 1 races & other international events
