DutiesSupport and develop manufacturing processes of precision micro-optics for medical devicesDocument work processes and prepare work instructionsCoordinate maintenance tasks for production tools and equipmentExecute tasks defined by internal and contracted HSE expertsPlan and participate in investment projectsConduct technical discussions with suppliersDevelop and maintain ISO quality management systemOrganize and conduct training sessionsSupervise measuring instruments
Required ExperienceBachelor's degree or higher in technical fieldFluent in Hungarian and EnglishMin. 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environmentIndependent and proactive work approachExcellent problem-solving skillsEffective communication abilitiesExperience in opticsGerman language skillsLEAN knowledge
