The position As of now we are seeking a DAP Designer and Developer to join our team in RCV (Regional Center Vienna). In this position you will collaborate with our team and stakeholders to design and develop digital adoption platform (DAP) content to support end users with system processes. This role blends creativity with technical skills to deliver engaging and user-focused content that enhances systems learning. Tasks & responsibilities Configure, design, develop, and maintain DAP solutions for medicine applications. Collaborate with SMEs to analyze system processes and business requirements and propose relevant DAP solutions. Provide first line technical support and troubleshooting for DAP-related issues. Track usage analytics and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) for continuous improvement. Identify and advise on best practices in DAP configuration, design, development and user experience (UX). Requirements Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or Educational Technology or related field with experience working in a global, cross-functional business environment, ideally in Pharma (GxP). Profound knowledge and expertise in adult learning methodologies and digital adoption platforms (SAP Enable Now, Whatfix, etc.). Experience working with agile methodologies. Excellent interpersonal, intercultural and communication skills coupled with strong technical abilities and a creative out-of-the box mindset. Very good command of English in writing and speaking, German is an asset. Please note that employment takes place via one of our external partners.
