Responsibilities
* Engage closely with the Retail and Private Banking department leaders, ensuring continuous dialogue on strategic and operational sales topics.
* Develop and structure sales targets and strategic focus areas, supporting implementation with respective departments.
* Continuously analyze sales development, prepare sales metrics, determine concrete improvement measures in collaboration with sales steering, and ensure a compelling customer experience.
* Translate customer needs into internal requirements and collaborate with sales steering and specialist departments on a structured, agile implementation.
* Plan and organize in-house workshops for sales staff and internal sales formats, such as planning sessions or strategic sales events.
* Prepare presentations, keynotes, and lectures for department leadership and the management board in a structured and well‑funded manner.
Qualifications
* Completed or near completion of an economic education; a study in Banking & Finance or a comparable economic field is an advantage.
* First practical experience in the banking environment or sales, e.g., from a previous job, internships, or relevant studies.
* Seeking a long‑term career opportunity in the banking sector with professional and personal development in sales.
* Open, communicative, and persuasive demeanor, engaging various stakeholders and articulating arguments clearly.
* Approaches new topics with curiosity, challenges existing solutions, and brings own ideas and perspectives.

Benefits
Das Bruttojahresgehalt beträgt ab EUR 57.000,- auf Vollzeitbasis. Abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung ist die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung vorhanden.
