Key Skills and Experience:
* At least 5 years experience as leading IT Business Analyst in complex software development projects with
* Experience in agile software development teams
* Leading requirements gathering workshops with stakeholders working closely with Product Owners
* Experience with Azure DevOps (TFS), Jira, Confluence and other requirements management tools
* Experience with user interface prototyping techniques
* Track record of successful projects from start to end covering the whole business analysis lifecycle
* Certified Business Analysis Professional or similar
* Knowledge of data analytics, statistical methods, database querying
* University degree in Computer Science or related field
* Hands-on mentality and fast-prototyping skills to evaluate requirements
* Excellent communication and presentation skills; candidate needs to communicate with users, developers, testers and other subject-matter experts
* Fluency in written and spoken English
