Overview of the Role:Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Continuous Improvement Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing quality and safety management within our organization.Key Responsibilities:Manage certification management systems, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001/14001/45001 standards.Prepare policies and procedures, reviewing and updating them as necessary to ensure relevance and effectiveness.Conduct audits and reviews, assessing the efficiency of our certificate management system.Analyze improvement projects, identifying areas for cost reduction and process optimization.Moderate Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) for projects requiring this level of analysis.Develop and implement Design Thinking strategies, including tool trainings and project management.Master policy deployment tools, aligning business strategies and defining short-term targets.Manage continuous improvement projects, moderating and managing directly such projects, requiring a deep understanding of CI-tools like DMAIC, VSM, VA, Ishikawa, etc.Requirements:Masters degree in Engineering or related field, ideally with a PhD to demonstrate capabilities to solve complex tasks.Working experience in Quality Management, Continuous Improvement, and ESG activities.General knowledge of relevant certifications for ANDRITZ: ISO 9001/14001/45001.Good level of English and German, written and spoken, with additional languages a plus.Strong interpersonal and team working skills, sound judgment, and decision-making skills.Great communication, moderation skills, with experience coaching and mentoring others advantageous.Ability to maintain strong network relations to stakeholders within a global organization.Strong skills in gathering, analyzing, and reporting information, and using spreadsheets, database, and presentation software.Ability to work on multiple projects in a highly structured and organized manner within an interdisciplinary environment and a matrix organization.
