Job Description
Our dedicated production team manufactures high-quality kits for researchers across the globe. We are looking for a motivated Production Assistant (part-time) to support our production operations in Vienna, Austria.
This limited-term position is suitable for students as well as individuals seeking a temporary, hands‑on role in a biotech environment. As part of the production team, you will directly contribute to the manufacturing of our products and support day‑to‑day production activities.
Responsibilities
* Print and apply product labels for precise traceability
* Produce and aliquot solutions according to established work instructions
* Assemble cold chain Lexogen final products
* Keep records and support document review
* Organize and maintain warehouse storage areas
* Clean and maintain laboratory and refrigeration equipment
Job requirements
* Comfortable working with standard laboratory equipment
* Accurate, reliable, and quality‑focused
* Able to communicate well in English
* Organized, proactive, and enjoy working in a team
* Experience in lab work is a plus — but not required. We’ll teach you everything you need.

Remuneration will be based on experience and performance and is negotiable.
Please note, according to the Austrian Collective Agreement for Utilisation Group II, the legal, minimum, full‑time salary for this position is EUR 2.059,41 paid 14 times per annum.
