Position: Customer Service Representative (German-speaking) - FULLY REMOTE WITHIN GREECE
Location: Fully Remote from Anywhere in Greece

What You'll Be Doing:
Join our international customer support team and assist travelers via phone, chat, and email. You will:
* Handle booking changes, cancellations, and travel-related questions
* Provide top-notch support—no sales, just friendly help!
* Work with a fun and supportive team
Working Hours:
* Monday to Sunday: 08:00 to 23:00 (8 hours per day / 5 days per week with rotative shifts)
* Full-time 40h/week—perfect for exploring in the evenings!
What You Need:
* Fluency in German (spoken and written)
* Good level of English for internal communication
* Some customer service experience is a plus
* Positive attitude and good communication skills
Salary & Benefits:
* 1,380 gross/month + bonuses (14 salaries per year!)
