Essential requirements University degree or vocational training (Ausbildung) in HR Administration & Management
Minimum 3 years of experience if you are a HR Generalist OR 5 years as HRBP, possibly in a matrix environment
Solid knowledge of German Labor and Social Law
Experience working with a Work Council
Fluent German, fluent English
