Our team is building a modern, technology-driven platform to scale niche stationery brands.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Amazon Seller Central Operations Assistant to support our day-to-day operations on a part-time basis. This role is perfect for someone with hands-on Seller Central experience who enjoys keeping processes organized and accounts compliant.
Responsibilities
* Amazon Seller Central (proven experience)
* Inventory Management
* Order Reconciliation
* Shipment Tracking
* FBA Restocking & Replenishment Workflows
* Account Health & Compliance (VAT/OSS, policy, IP)
* Excel / Google Sheets Proficiency
* Strong Attention to Detail
* Organizational Skills
* Independent, Proactive Work Style
* Availability up to 20 hours/week (flexible, part-time)
Requirements
* Proven experience working with Amazon Seller Central.
* Familiarity with restocking and FBA replenishment workflows.
* Knowledge of compliance and account health processes.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Independent, proactive work style.
* Availability for part-time hours (approx. X–Y hours per week, flexible).

Compensation for part-time and full-time positions is based on the Austrian Kollektivvertrag (collective agreement) and depends on your qualifications, experience, and scope of work. The actual salary will be discussed transparently during the interview process in line with legal requirements.
