With over 125 years of heritage, STROHM MOFÉM Zrt., member of STROHM Group is a renowned manufacturer of faucets, shower systems and valves for water and gas. We are now looking for an Area Sales Manager / Key account manager to strengthen our sales team in Austria.
What will you be doing?
* Building and managing strong relationships with existing partners while expanding our customer network
* Selling complex bathroom solutions and a wide sanitary product range
* Identifying customer needs, preparing tailored offers, coordinating promotions, and managing new product launches
* Keeping a close eye on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
* Handling planning and reporting tasks
What do we expect from you?
* At least 10 years of sales experience, ideally in a similar position
* Background in project or construction-related sales; experience in the sanitary industry is an advantage
* Negotiation-level German and English skills
* A proactive, dynamic, and enthusiastic mindset
* Outstanding communication and networking abilities
* Strong result orientation and a sense of ownership
* Residence in or around Vienna (most partners are located in this area)

* For this position, the gross anual salary starts at EUR 70,000, plus participation in a performance-based bonus system. The actual offer will depend on your qualifications and professional experience.
