Operations Manager (Allied Health & Education)
Build systems. Lead people. Improve outcomes for children and families.
At Connect.Ed, we believe that the right support, delivered in the right way, can change the trajectory of a child's life.
We are a South Australian organisation comprising two teams:
Early Intervention – providing outreach Occupational Therapy and Speech Pathology services to children and families.
Learning & Development – partnering with educators, schools, early childhood services and government to deliver trauma-informed professional learning, coaching and capacity-building initiatives.
Together, our teams work across metropolitan Adelaide and selected regional communities to improve outcomes for children, families and the professionals who support them.
We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our leadership team and help ensure our people, systems and services continue to operate effectively, efficiently and with purpose.
This is a values-driven leadership role for someone who genuinely enjoys both people and process. Someone who finds just as much satisfaction in supporting a team member to thrive as they do in designing a system that makes everyone's work easier.
We’re looking for a people-focused operational leader who can strengthen systems, support teams and help ensure our organisation continues to deliver exceptional outcomes for children and families.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the Director, you will oversee day-to-day operations across the organisation, providing leadership across both our Early Intervention and Learning & Development teams.
You will play a key role in creating the conditions that allow our clinicians, facilitators and support team members to do their best work.

About You
Three things matter most in this role.

You are highly organised and accountable.
You follow through on commitments, manage competing priorities effectively and help others stay focused on what matters most.
