Key Tasks
* Drive the successful conversion of prospects into orders – in close collaboration with sales and offer management
* Provide technical and sales support with international customer engagement in the field of air traffic control
* Conduct customer workshops, meetings, and presentations – online, on-site, or at our headquarters in Vienna
* Actively contribute to the development of sales and acquisition strategies
* Act as the main technical contact for customers and internal departments
* Evaluate customer needs and requirements to design tailored solution concepts and ensure technical feasibility and cost transparency under commercially competitive conditions
* Handle tenders and prepare technical solution specifications, customer value arguments, calculations, etc.
* Success factor: Internal networking with colleagues from sales, offer management, and product development
Key Qualifications
* Business education with a background in air traffic management or technical education with commercial understanding
* Experience in IT, networking, or telecommunications is a plus – as is familiarity with public tenders
* At least 5 years of experience in a comparable role (presales, technical sales, business development)
* Enjoy working in a dynamic, multicultural environment and bring strong team and communication skills
* Very good English skills (main language of the department), additional language skills are a plus
