Join the newly established Group IT department at Greiner Group, supporting IT operations across all divisions globally since January 1st, 2025. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead to guide our IT experts in the Inbound to Outbound process area.

* Develop a clear strategy for applications or services aligned with business goals, considering requirements;
* Collaborate with IT stakeholders to align on solution drafts, focusing on feasibility and operability;
* Design quality, secure, and resilient services;
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders, users, and teams, fostering relationships and consulting the business to capture requirements;
* Oversee support, updates, and patches for business applications;
* Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies, standards, regulatory, and GxP requirements for CSV, if applicable;
* Manage IT business process projects;
* Oversee budget and plan logistics processes and applications based on departmental specifications.
Your Profile
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, information systems, or related field; or relevant vocational training with experience;
* 5+ years in business application consulting, especially SAP logistics modules (WM/LES, EWM, SAP TM, Transportation);
* Ability to motivate and guide teams, fostering collaboration;
* Deep understanding of business processes and their interaction with IT systems;
* Proficiency in data management and system integration;
* Ability to manage multiple projects and optimize resources;
* Strong motivation, commitment, and leadership qualities;
* Innovative thinking and willingness to challenge the status quo;
* Eagerness to learn, mentor, and foster a learning culture;
* Capable of making strategic, high-stakes decisions considering long-term impacts.
