Are you an experienced Supply Chain professional with expertise in leading teams and taking responsibility? Then AOP Health offers you the opportunity to lead an international team at their headquarters in Vienna and actively contribute to process optimization and digitalization.
Your Area of Responsibility – What to Expect:
* Lead the Supply Chain Operations team and ensure reliable global product availability
* Ensure the sustainable implementation and continuous development of the internal ERP system
* Manage production processes and ensure timely and complete deliveries
* Find solutions for operational bottlenecks and coordinate with international stakeholders
* Strategically develop processes, drive standardization and advance digitalization
* Improve workflows in collaboration with external warehouses
Your Recipe for Success – What You Bring to the Table:
* A degree in Supply Chain Management or a comparable qualification
* Several years of professional experience in Supply Chain Management within a production environment, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry
* In-depth expertise in a leadership position with strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Knowledge of process optimization, data analysis and Sales & Operations Planning
* Proficiency in ERP systems and experience in their (partial) implementation
* Fluency in English; knowledge of German is a significant advantage
