Job summary
Als Key Lead (m/w/d) bist du dafür verantwortlich, dass alle Kund*innen ein qualitativ hochwertiges Einkaufserlebnis im Ladengeschäft haben. Du unterstützt das Management-Team, trainierst Store-Bots und Lagermitarbeiter*innen und stellst sicher, dass die Filialabläufe reibungslos funktionieren. Zusätzlich trägst du zur Geschäftsleistung bei, indem du das Kund*innenerlebnis auf der Verkaufsfläche sowie das Erreichen der täglichen Umsatzziele sicherstellst.

Schedule and Availability
Min 20 hours per week, with a rotating weekly schedule. Availability required on Saturdays, Sundays, and certain holidays. Additional hours may be added during peak times.
Qualifications
* High School Diploma or equivalent (abitur/G.E.D.) preferred
* At least 1 year retail experience preferred
* No supervisory experience required
* CEFR B2 fluency in English & German required
* Customer Focus, Communication, Interpersonal Interaction skills
* Fashion Trend Knowledge, Outgoing, Assertiveness
* Adaptability, Flexibility, and Stress Tolerance
* Poise & Ambition, Multi-tasking, Applied Learning

Salary
The starting rate for this position is €14.98 per hour. (Recruiting pay range €14.98 – €14.98 per hour. The range may be modified later.)
