Your Tasks
You accompany and care for people with intellectual disabilities who need support and may exhibit challenging behaviors.
You focus on the self-determined living of those you support.
In this diverse role, you will shape the daily life of our residents and assist them with basic care (personal hygiene, nutrition, health prevention).
As a reliever, you will represent your team members, especially during main vacation periods.
Your Skills
* Completed training as a Fachsozialbetreuer*in (AA, BA, BB), or Pflegefachassistenz, or other social professions with UBV or willingness to complete this module
* Flexibility in timing (spontaneous substitution is financially compensated)
* Ability to remain calm and clear in difficult situations
* Joy in working with people and openness to others
* You love actively experiencing the day with our residents
Salary
Your monthly salary (paid 14 times) according to SWÖ collective agreement for 37 hours/week ranges from €2,508.30 to €3,087.10 gross, depending on experience. SEG allowance is additional.
